overall satisfactory, though the hotel appears to be somewhat aged, with a dated air conditioning system. location wise not bad, Okayama train station, electronics store Bic Camera, and the mega size Aeon shopping mall are all within walking distance. parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, and major tourist attractions are not far either.
