VIA Inn is the most terrible hotel that I ever lived. After we check-in, we saw a cockroach in our room, it means the room/ hotel doesn't clean enough. although the front desk changes a new room for us immediately. It is still a terrible experience to us! The breakfast is bad and unchangeable every morning. There's only one thing can be commendable was the service is good. To sum it up, I will not choose this hotel again.
