I hope you are well, On behalf of the staff and management I would like to thank you for choosing to stay at Hoshino Terrace Motobu Yamazato.I am very sorry to hear that your stay was interrupted by power outage in the area caused by lightning strike. I hope that we managed to make your entire stay extraordinary and special.I wish you enjoyed the services and in the same time we will continue working to improve the service in the future.Please let us know if there is anything we missed in making your stay memorable.
