The hotel is located in among of 3 JR/metro station, you have to walk 10-20min. from the stations.
You can find 24 hours supermarket, food store or drugs store nearby. The environment is quite silent. The room is big enough with microwave and IH cooker. However, there is a step (~400mm) to the washroom inside room and a little smell is from the carpet or the water basin. (I guess)
Overall, the price is reasonable and the hotel is in good location.

As regards the high steps at bathroom and horrible odor of the carpet, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and annoyance this caused you.
It may take time to reform bathrooms. On the contrary, we will remove the strong smell in the carpet. We will make sure this does not happen again.
As for location we are blessed with a bunch of shops, such as 24hours open supermarket and convenience stores, etc. Rental kitchen utensils and dishes are available without any charge at the front desk.
We would like to serve you again in the future when you visiting Ikebukuro neighborhoods.
