The public bath was cold in ladies' side, too hot in gentlemen's side. Room has no bath, only toilet and the toilet was smelly. There is nothing to sit on in the room except a couple of throw pillows. You will get a bad backache if you stay in this type of room. The service is minimal, they didn't fix our futon bedding. We booked 3 rooms. One of the room had blood stain on the futon bedding. Two rooms' A/C don't work properly. In one room there is blood stain on the futon bedding. The only positive is its good location. The public bath hour starts at 6 and breakfast starts at 7, both were too late for your enjoyment if you need to catch early morning flight. The pack-to-go breakfast was below standard. Definitely not worth the Y20000+ we paid for each room.

It was before 3pm when you took a bath that is why it had not reached to the proper temperature. You booked the plan with no private bath. That is why we arranged you the rooms without a private bath. The throw pillows are traditional Japanese sitting cushions and they are the standard amenities of our hotel. Actually, most guests enjoy that types of Japanese experience. For the toilet, we will contact the cleaning company and improve it. Thank you for your valuable comments. Regarding Futon, we apologize for the inconvenience. We have contacted the department in charge and have improved the situation. Breakfast is available between 7:00 to 8:30am. However we offer a meal box for the guests who wish to have it before that. We are sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations.
