This is a hotel that needs lots of updating to restore it's old glory. The Japanese style room is spacious and beautiful, but the bathroom is old and a bit smelly. The food is great. The Onsen (public bath) is disappointing. There is only one bath for each gender and the ladies' bath is in the basement with no daylight and no outdoor air.
Thank you for coming to our hotel. Although it is an old ryokan, I would like to leave the Japanese culture of an inn. Sorry that the scenery is bad on the hot springs due to the structure of the building due to source sinking. In future, we would like to replace baths on a time basis. Please come and visit Misasa Onsen again.
