They are really nice and kindly. for example, the 1st day we arrived, they stay at bus statation to waiting us. if without they drive us to house, the big snow make road so difficult to walk. I'm so surprised their kindness.
For the food, Okasan prepared is so great and very locally to show the akita traditional food. She also prepare some activity during the dinner. I received so many hand made gift and feel so happy and impressed.
Okasan also help us booking the bus and drive as to the station to hot spring named 鶴之湯. They very familiar local and good English without communication problem.
By the way, their hot spring also good ! I enjoy a night in this house.
