This is the hotel 16 years ago ( 2001) we stayed for our honeymoon. So we booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We are very unlucky because the blizzard that day and traffic delayed so much. By the time when we arrived, it was already 22:15. The employee help me for parking during the snow and then we checked in. But when we arrive the SPA at 23:10 we passed the time for registration. Too bad there is a rule for registration before 23:00, and we can not enjoy this SPA due to late arrival. So it means we lost 2400 yen ( 4x600 Yen). I know it is our fault due to weather, but hotel should consider different situation as we tried very hard to reach there under such bad weather, 10 mins passed should be tolerable.
