First of all, the food provided in room is great. Seafood was really fresh and tasty. The lady who served us the food was really kind and attended to our needs even though we speak only little Japanese. Now for the not so good part, this hotel is kind of short staffed. Unlike all other hotels we have stayed in Japan, we have to move our luggages to the room by ourselves, so please don't bring a heap load of luggage if you want to stay in this hotel. The public bathroom was very nice, spacious and comfortable. But the bathroom in our room was really small. There was a balcony right beside the bathroom and I can't help but to wonder why the room was not modified so the room can have a bigger bathroom.
