View of roof top onsen was very good. However, the tubs and the flooring were very old and dirty with moss, and it was very slippery. The quality of the amenities was not very good, and the bottles were covered with dirt and grime. Food was good, but during dinner, we had to ask the staff three times for tea before she told us to make the tea ourselves. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The large onsen on ground floor is very nice and beautiful. In general, good service from the staff. Thank you for helping us carry the luggage and book the taxi.
