The location of the hotel is good. The staff members at the front desk are really helpful and polite. The room is spacious and the breakfast is great too.
However, it is the first time that I had to line up and wait for a seat for breakfast. Also, when I and my family wanted to have the welcoming drinks at the diner (bet the night view would be awesome) at around 9:30 pm, I was told that the diner was full (I did see 1 or 2 tables were not taken) and was asked to return at around 11 pm. With a 6 years old little girl, I don't think I would.
Also, we paid and tried the SPA. In the female SPA (with 3 pools), I found hairrrrrrrrrrr, like a lot, in the hottest pool! At first I thought those were some kinds of fabric (e.g. dried lavender). But after having a closer look I was quite sure those were human hair and I got out of the pool immediately. The sauna was great though.
In short, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
