We are from Hong Kong. We spent the a winter night there for the かまくら festival. The hotel is very traditional, clean and nice, giving off a sense of traditional japanese family aura. When we arrived, we were the only overseas tourists there. Despite this, the staff are really nice and they tried their best to communicate with us with simple English and boby gesture. The meals are really nice and we are very full. Not to mention the hot spring there, which opens 24 hours and was fantastic!
Good service during meal and when our meals finished, we found our futon always arranged tidily. We recommend it to all tourists, especially overseas tourists to the hotel to taste the old traditional japanese aura!
