The room is spacious and clean.
There were 3 misplaced parcels (very big) inside my room when checked in. However,the employee removed them immediately when informed.
The hotel may pay more attention on costomer's delivered parcels to avoid unnecessary trouble.

We are terribly sorry for the mistake.
As you said so, we must have a responsibility for guest’s delivered parcels or anything related to our guests.
We sincerely reflect what happened this time and we won’t do it in the future.
However, we are glad to hear you like the spacious room and cleanness.
Comfort Twin room which is the room you stayed is 30 square meter and has 2 semi-double sized bed, so we hope you could relaxed.
To make our guests feel comfortable, we would like to do our best to keep the cleanness and hospitality mind.
