Impressive high quality service which makes my trip in kurokawa memorable. Staff paid attention to every details which makes my stay very comfortable eg. Chairs are prepared outside the room while we are waiting for staff to prepare beddings in the room;a bottle of hot water is prepared for washing in the next morning as there is no hot water in the toilet.Onsen is very nice too and two private onsen are available. I would definately recommend this to anyone who would like to visit Kurokawa
We prepare a bottle of hot water in your room for washing because there is no running hot water in the room. Our hotel is most oldest hotel in Kurokawa and the building as it.
