Location of the hotel is 10min JR from Sapporo, 3min walking distance from the JR station to the hotel, however no roof top so it'd be inconvenient when it rains. The room was tiny, 14sqm as Standard Double which you'd have no space for two big suitcases (unless for local travellers). If the hotel is down town then its reasonable if its tiny, but its not so.. The most ridiculous tho, HOT air con and you can only turn it on or off, no other options. They have no windows in the room, if you visit the hotel in autumn or winter, bring a fan with you. The room temp was measured around 27-28 degree with air con on. Asked the hotel staff they said it is a central air conditioning system, however when I questioned them how could it be 27-28 degree and it is impossible to have no windows if there is no choice of Cool or Vent mode, they said because it is autumn so only hot air available. Price is cheap tho.
