Location is good , near the JR bus stop. Staff are very nice and helpful. Service is very good, we arrived late by bus and it was very dark, a shuttle bus was already there to pick up us, this was expected and awesome. Hotel is beautiful, room is clean and tidy and big. Dinner and breakfast are good. For the hot springs, it is big, but there is no steam room, no cold spring, in view of such a large hotel, it is a bit disappointed.
