Terrible experience, bad smell when check in, service staff explained is normal. Found and killed over twenty bugs during 3pm to 11pm, can't stay anymore, staff still emphasized is normal in the mountain zone, we agreed is normal but can't accepted bugs come to our face when we are sleeping. Staff arranged room change very unwilling.
Highly not recommend this hotel unless you would like to experience many bugs in the room and bugs fly on your face. And found bugs inside of your luggage after you left the hotel.
Finally, the restaurant and front desk staff are polite and food quality are good.
Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear that you had a terrible experience at our hotel. In autmn, many stink bugs come inside the building for hybernation. We are trying our best to get rid of them each time we see, but it cannot be helped since it is a natural phenomenon. We should have let every guests know in advance about the bugs. We are terribly sorry to ruin your time in Japan. Although, we appreciate your positive comment about food quality and our restaurant and front desk staff.
