We 6 persons are from Hong Kong. We are all very satisfied and happy with their nice and sincere services. They tried their best using English explain to us every detail function in the hotel. They have a wonderful private onsen that we like most. The food is also good. The next morning we checked out and go to visit around, when we are about to go back from the station, the weather turned bad and we phoned them up to pick us back to hotel the right way. We felt very pleased.
