I stayed here from 10/31--11/3. I did not know that there was no pelple at "Hongan" front desk. It was so lucky to meet a kind male staff there(who was probably in charge of cleaning up). This person, helped carrying our heavy luggages and led all the way to the front. Though I was upset about no instructions, I was quite impressed by this person's help. You really had very good workers!! Also worth mention was the technician who reopened the switch of the heater in my room. He made every effort to help. I would like to forward my thanks to these 2 persons.
Anyway, if there were "English" instrctions like "No check-in in Hongan" and "Room heaters can't be used for more than 12 hours", none of the above troubles would have happened.
As for this occasion, thank you for coming to HOTEL LISTEL INAWASHIRO.
Well, a staff is not in the reception desk in the case of the check-in, and there is no excuse. As for us, a staff is not sometimes in the "HON-KAN" by the day. From now on, it will work that it can be done in advance such guidance.
It is looking forward to the day when it can meet again in Inawashiro.

当ホテルでは、日によって「本館」にスタッフを配置しない事もございます。
今後は、このような案内を事前にできるように努力いたします。
