The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming and spoke a little English which helped us enjoy our stay. They also gave me a special present for my birthday- it was very kind, thank you! The family room with an ocean and bridge view was very nice and comfortable and clean despite being a bit old. The onsen is very basic and too bad it does not have an outdoor bath- Rotenburo, cold bath, sauna or more than one hot bath. The main bath is quite shallow and the view from the window should be good but the window is fogged up so it is impossible to see the view. The shampoo and lotions available are high-quality. The Japanese buffet breakfast was very good with many fresh vegetables and foods to enjoy. And we had a great discount for breakfast thanks to Rakuten travel. If the outdoor pool were heated, the kids would've enjoyed using it, but it looks like it is only open in summer.
