The Japanese garden view and the public area of Guesthouse Nara Backpackers is very nice. It is the silence and rest which is not easily found if you stay near Kyoto or the hostels near station. I wish I can stay longer. The hosts are nice too. It's close to the Nara temple. No extra paid for the luggages left behind. However, it's better to arrive early. After night, there is not many street lights on the way to the hostel.
