We come from Hong Kong. We stayed at RYUKEIEN for one night. The ryokan is very good. The environment is quiet and nice. The food is superb. There are three indoor family baths, one outdoor family bath and a bath for men only. As it was raining during our stay, we could not try the outdoor bath. But the indoor baths were nice. The staff were sincere, friendly and helpful. They were able to communicate in English. The overall experience is very good. We will recommend RYUKEIEN to our friends.
