Some staff were able to communicate with english and friendly. Staff were helpful in assisting in the luggage storage. Bed was too easy to move left and right, which was not safe at all. Air conditioning was somehow a bit too hot Generally, the hotel was in good location with 5 to 10 minute walk from hakata station, even could be easy to reach canal city hakata.
