Absolutely worst hotel stay experience I had so far in Singapore. My room phone went off just around (before?) 6:00 a.m. that forced me to wake me up from short sleep. I pick-ed up the phone, and the call was from housekeeping, asking me if I am checking out today or not. (Why this hour? I first thought they made mistake diaring wrong room for wake-up call.) I answered -yes I am going to, but not at this hour. I still got time until check-out time....-, and the housekeepng lady said -I was just given this info from the reception desk..- and hang up the phone without any apology for waking me up early in Sat. morning.
I am very disapointed with the level of this hotel's employee's manner. NOT RECCOMENDED FOR FAMILY VACATION, as you may find better hotel around here within the same pricing range. Do not expect hospitality at this hotel.

最悪！従業員の教育がなってない。レジャーや家族旅行には不向き。
