Although our staffs cannot speak English, we feel very happy that you enjoyed our service, and also thankyou for your praised. There is a lot of restaurants around the hotel if you take ten minutes on foot. Due to the construction of the building, we only have share toilet & Bathrooms, but its very clean. Free wifi is available in the lobby floor area. We are looking forward to seeing you again.

Breakfast is nice, have lots of food choice, yummy food.
Very nice front desk staff, very helpful even they cannot speak English. Thank you very much to their welcome gifts to kids.
Spacious room, but not convenient as no toilet inside the room.
Wifi is a bit weak. Not much restaurants near the hotel.

ホテル フリーゲート白浜をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
夏季の朝食プランは20名以上でバイキング、20種類の料理とソフトドリンクは飲み放題となっており好評となりました。当館の朝食にお褒めのお言葉をいただき、お礼申し上げます。
また、フロントスタッフに「非常にすばらしい」とお褒めのお言葉をいただき大変、光栄に存じます。英語は話せませんが、お役に立てたこと嬉しく思います。
お食事処が多いのは、徒歩約10分、車で約5分のところにある小さな繁華街となっております。また、トイレ、バスは共同となっており、お客様にはご不便をかけております。
無料Wi-Fiは現在ロビーのみとなっております。
