The finishing of the hotel was really good. The room was spacious and coxy, and the bed was comfy. The foods provided at breakfast time was great which was above average among the hotels in Japan. However, the air-conditioning of the room was central-controlled. You are not able to switch the air-conditioning between Cool and Heat mode, but only the temperature. Under the weather of 20oC, the heat mode made me uncomfortable and finally, the windows of my room were opened by staff and they offered me a fan for ventilation. I do think the flexibility should be given to guests to control the air-conditioning.

As you have mentioned, our air-conditioning is central controlled. We examine tempareture and weather especially this time of the year since the tempareture and the weather are not stable and apologize the inconvenient situation.
