We booked the main building,but when we checkin, one old women forced us to change to annex building. We spent a lot of time to earn my right then.I think the old women thought we could not understand Japan language so that she did so much bad things to we. By the way, when we arrived, it snowed a lot, but no one help us to carry the heavy luggage to the higher gate. Bad experience in this hotel.Only one good thing is the next day we met one manger, he could order one car so that we could reach the train station by car but not bus in the heavy snow.(My daughter even got heavy fevor then)

It is unfortunately that snow is abnormally heavy this year. We shall be doing better by helping on the luggage carriage. Thanks a lot for providing the comments to improve our service level.
