    The view from the lobby and upper lounge was fantastic, and we enjoyed walking around in the garden. The staff were nice and helpful when we checked in and had dinner. The bathroom is a little bit outdated, and the shuttle bus info on Rakuten could be more user friendly as we had to go to the information center at the Shizuoka station to get more details.
