We are a group of seven, and booked three rooms in total. The hotel confirmed via phone three days before our arrival. The hotel provides pick up service between hotel and JR Gero Station, it's very convenient for us as a large group. Ben, the hotel manager, is a HK guy who can speak Chinese. As we cannot speak Japanese, it is very helpful to us.
The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is next to the Onsen street and face the river. It's easy for us to visit the Onsen street or to take a walk by the river.
The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel is very delicate and delicious. Strongly recommended.
