We checked on on 3 May 2015 at the One Niseko Resort Towers. We were three travellers staying in a deluxe suite with tatami area for two nights. The room was spacious and fully equipped with necessary facilities for a family to stay there for a long holiday. The hotel staff were generally friendly and polite. We had dinner in the only western restaurant in the hotel. The food of the restaurant was pretty nice. However, I was not very satisfied with the breakfast arrangement. No reservation was required for breakfast. We went to the restaurant for breakfast at about 8:30 am and there was a long queue. We followed the Japanese to queue up, but later I found that we needed to register because those who came after us could get a table first. I found a bit confusing and we had waited for about half an hour before we could get a table. The hotspring was very small. The driver was very nice and kind.
