i am a traveller from Hong Kong. This hotel is not the most popular ones as the location is not too convenient like the others which located near the JR, etc. Since this time we rented a car so i decided to try somewhere far. The service was awesome, staff were pleasant and even though we do not speak Japanese, they still tried their very best to communicate with us in English. The room was clean, big and tidy. I would highly recommend this to you and if I ever get a chance to visit Oita again, i definitely will stay in this hotel again.
