1.the room is quite small that it's hard to open the travel cases and difficult to find places to hang the clothes dry.2.the refrigerator are really tiny and can store quite a few food.3.Beside of these, everything's fine. (3 supermarkets and the bookstore Junkudo are nearby, very convenient! )p.s. recommend to borrow bicycles from JR station and you can ride by the riverside trail to Biwako then ride back through Hayama River(much pretty).p.s. a great historial alley and region (Kusatsu-juku)is nearby across the railway.

Thankyou for your Reviews．Can you enjoy Japan？Our Hotel is Bussiness Hotel．Thats whay the room and refrigerators are small．Our Hotel user often use to sleep and take rest．So we arrange bed big and low price．Near our Hotel have many kinds of things to do．Station，Supermarket, Park, Restaurant, and History．Please come again at Kusatu！We are looking forward to see you again．Urban Hotel KusatuFront Ozeki
