The Worst serviced hotel in Osaka.
Compared to Ritz-Carlton Osaka, New Otani Osaka, Marriott Nagoya,
Marriott Osaka is the worse in terms of experience, training, and service mind of staff.
They are inexperienced, had difficulties in handling customer's request.
When I arrived at 8 pm, the room was not prepared as to what I asked for. I had to wait for an hour before a room being ready for ertry. Nome of the staff tol me that they made mistakes.
Other things I observed was that it was quite dark in the elevator. The quality of water for shower was not good as that of New Otani Osaka.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel to my friends.
I recommend not to reserve Marriott Osaka. I promise

Please accept our sincerest apologies for your unpleasant stay at our hotel and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay of 2 ?3 Apr.

I can imagine that our inability to accommodate you with the feather fee room immediately and also let you wait for long time for check in.
Please kindly note that we had received your request information by your email at 9:18pm on 2 Apr which is on your check in date.
We would appreciate your kind understanding that we were unable to prepare feather fee room in advance as we did not received information by Marriott Customer Care regarding before 2 Apr.
Once again we apologize that we are not able to response to your request immediately and apologize to you in person.

I hope you can forgive this inconvenience and not let it stop you from staying with us in the future.
