it's away from すすきの area, so it's a bit quiet which is good. And you can walk to すすきの in around 15-20mins. there is drug store and convenience stores around. At first, I was attracted to its location at coffee shop. However, I had to leave very early at the morning that I can't enjoyed the coffee there. the room is nice, but the window of the girl dorm is facing to a 居酒屋, it's good that you can hear some music at evening, yet it's a bit noisy that if they keep chatting till late night.
