We asked the front desk to help us to book a local restaurant. They rejected and said because this is their policy. The room is pretty small which can't really make a big action. The first night is noisy from the AC.
I feel deeply sorry we could not answer your request and could not provide you the good service. We will make an effort not to repeat the same thing and make our guests unsatisfied.
Regarding the AC in the room, we checked it and it was improved now. We apologize about that, too.
