We stayed at Otaru for one night with a plan to continue our trip to Shakotan. We would like to try sushiin Otaru and when asked for referral, the manager, Mr Omagari, had not only kindly recommended a superb restaurant but also gave advice on dishes-must-try which became one of the memorable nights we had in Hokkaido.
Knowing that some of us were repeated customers, Mr Omagari also kindly upgraded our rooms so that my sister-in-law, could enjoy a very nice harbour view in her first stay here. Much appreciated.
Ialso want to say that ohter staff were also very helpful, trying their best to answer whatever questions we had. We would definitely come back to Grand Park when we visit Otaru the next time. And hope to say thank you to Mr Omagari again in person.
