The location just 10-15 minutes by walking from the station. The room which I stayed is cozy, tidy and clean. Public facilities including shower, toilet, drinking water machine, fridge, all are clean and functionable. Besides, dining restaurant just next to the hotel which offer many kinds of dish from breakfast to dinner. We had few drinks and Takoyaki which is tasty.
They just open a new backpacker-Zouzu with cafe inside where closed to the station. The atmosphere of cafe is lovely. I spent a night with the host and his friends, they are friendly and nice to talking with. We ended up in Karaoke and I did had a great night with these locals. Thank you Makoto.
All of above I highly recommand their hotel for all trips(family/solo/friends). Especially the whole family is welcoming and helpful, definitely makes you a great trip in Kotohira!
