It's my first time to Kanazawa. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We were desperate failing to make booking of crab meal dinner on Saturday, they helped us to make a reservation at a wonderful restaurant nearby. Hotel staff always smile to all guests. I left something in my room after check-out. Their staff helped me to get it back and returned it to me without charges. Their great services are much appreciated.
