We changed the 2 floored room (a steak house on 1 floor) to 4 floored room in advance, and it's really small. POSITIVE: The location is good, few steps to the most popular shopping area, it would take many days to look around. The staffs were friendly. NEGATIVE: The clearance in the room was not accepted by us totally, there're some food and plastic chips on the carpet. Futhermore, we smell little stink might be caused by humidity, all the bed sheets were stinky. No air cleaner in the room. The dressing room of sky furo was very small and crowded. In short: after a long trip, we're tired to ask to change room again, especially our luggage's too much, but we're happy that just stay only 1 night.
