At 2023/10/29 10:50 pm, a male employee of the hotel enters women's bathhouse suddenly without knocking door or speaking.
My wife is in there and she has no way to defend herself.
This incident made us feel very uncomfortable.
There was no immediate response to the hotel but the response I got was very inappropriate.
The hotel said that since it is men's soup time, they can come and go freely during this time.
But the most controversial thing is why are there opposite sex employees doing this? The hotel said it was because they didn’t have enough staff. And they said they will do the same thing in the future.
This makes me feel very incredible and outrageous.
There was clearly a male and a female employee at the time，but hotel doing things this way makes me feel very exaggerated and disapproving.
After returning to my country , it has been seven days since I wrote e-mail to the head office, but there has been no reply or explanation.
