The location is perfect, the room is nice, new and well-maintained especially the bed is so comfortable. The ryokan itself also looks traditional and nostalgic. The onsen is quite good also, spacious and with indoor and outdoor onsen you can use. THe only thing which was not so up to expectation is the shokuji (meal) is a bit simple and the Shimane Wagyu was not as good as the Wagyu we had in the ryokan we stayed in Misasa Onsen. The food variety is also a bit less especially the choshoku (breakfast) but definitely it can be better. Overall it was still a good experience! Recommended!
