日本語話せるスタッフはいません。朝食付きで予約されている方はチェックイン時に朝食が入っているか確認しましょう。いざ朝食を食べに行くと、スタッフから英語で予約が無い、有料だと言われました。予約時のメールの提示と英語で予約した旨を伝え、最終的には無料で食べることが出来たが、ただのクレーム客っぽい雰囲気になってしまい、翌日以降は外で朝食を食べました。それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。
