This hotel will not help you to keep the luggage if you arrive early and also on the check out day.It is very inconvenient because You need to find a locker nearby. Besides, I don't know why they need you to leave the room and return the key to them on every morning before 9:45 a.m.. Although I booked 4 continuous days and I told them I didn't need to clean the room, you still need to leave. The worst point is....one of their staff was very impolite and unfriendly. He was the worst hotel staff who I met on Japan. I can only say that the location is good and convenient, but their service was bad. I had a bad feeling in this trip and I never book this hotel again.
