Front Desk Staff 陳小姐 (Korean) was very helpful when we check-in at the noon time on 10/18. She help a lot in solving our phone data card problem. Room was very clean and tidy. Onsen was very good with indoor, outdoor and individual spa. Breakfast with different kinds of food at very high standards.
