am very sorry to write this complaint to you regarding my recent visit to Ritz-Carlton, Honolulu. After several stays at your hotel and many of your sister hotels around the world, I am well acquainted the Ritz standards.
Regrettably those standards were missed on this visit on several levels, seemingly the details are being overlooked:
- Housekeeping missed servicing my room twice - when I explained this to the front desk clerk, I received an apology and was told “no staff” but, no solution was offered. - When attempting a bath, the tub was dirty, stained with some type of oil, unhygienic and unusable. - when using the toilet, it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. It was fixed but the quality of cleaning was unacceptable and I resorted to clean the floor properly myself. Moreover I could not use the master bedroom out of concern for the sewage overflowing again.
- Even the portable phone at this desk does not work!!!
