As you mentioned, our hotel is located 7-8 minutes on foot from the west exit of Morioka Station, which is a good access to Morioka Station.
Unfortunately, the west side of the hotel is a residential area and there are not many restaurants, but we are sure that you will be able to relax in your room.

Very near the train station, if you know how to navigate correctly.
Service is great, has a coin laundry too.
