- We understood because of the typhoon, we need to make reservation if we want to have lunch and dinner in the restaurant. We can see other guests can make the reservation at the restaurant but the staff told me we cannot even though we are asking for the reservation for tomorrow - the worst hotel we have ever had in Japan that we are not paying cheap rates but the room size is too small, service and staff’s manner are bad. - if you are travelling with family or for honeymoon, we do not recommend this hotel
I apologize about there having been the point that cannot comply with expectation and having been offended. However, it wants to have understanding to have been the situation that a typhoon does not accept a reservation by a reason depending on a restaurant.
