The worst inn that I had ever been in japan to be honest. * Not much choices for the breakfast and some of the breakfast is even cold (e.g. fried chicken) * Continuously feel shaking at my bed when neighbor in next hotel room is packing their luggage * No one in front desk are able to use English to communicate well with the guest An event for reference: I made a call in my room to front desk and ask whether hotel will provide free bottle of water. The staff asked me to wait and then the phone hang up with no follow up call. I am actually a bit surprised and shocked with that kind of customer service. * The hotel location is not really convenient if you are bringing the luggage with your family. I don't believe anyone can use only 3 mins to walk from the JR Tokyo station to the hotel. Thus, the hotel info is not that accurate in my point of view. * Our family had spent over 30,000 yen for the hotel so we wont expect receiving that kind of quality and service.

Although it is a limited breakfast menu, I will make efforts for improvement so that I can provide satisfactory service. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience of the staff that We made you feel uncomfortable. In order to prevent such situation beforehand, we will further enhance staff’s educational guidance and strive to prevent recurrence. It is a truly selfish request, but if you come to Tokyo again , I hope you will stay Keio Presso Inn Tokyo Station Yaesu. We sincerely look forward to your stay with us.
