Excellent and above expectation. Location is quite convenient, only one JR stop from Tokyo Station, convenience store is just downstairs so it's very convenient if want to buy some drinks or snacks. The free soya sauce ramen (for late night snack) was simple but very delicious, and the soba and tempura for breakfast also excellent, I was very happy with both. The public bath/onsen was very nice and comfortable, and I'm also very happy and surprised to see free laundry machines available.
The only slight defect is that Wifi at room is a bit too weak and sometimes instead of hotel wifi I need to switch back to use my wifi egg. If wifi signal could be stronger and more stable I'd say everything is perfect.
I'll definitely stay in this hotel again next time when i come to Tokyo.
