Great location, gleeful and energetic staff. Clean room and nice environment: could see space through window facing backstreet. Unfortunately, the bunker bed converted from the sofa was not comfortable. We have 3 people (family) in the room, felt squeezed. I hope at least the sofa-bed is fold-able, so we can create communal space. I will recommend to couples of 2, not 3 in the same room. We preferred warmed and Japanese style breakfast, but only cold and western style was available. 4 out of 5 stars.
